- Active Arizona ROC contractor license in your trade
- General liability insurance ($1M minimum per occurrence)
- Workers' compensation coverage if you employ others
- Verifiable references from past general contractors or homeowners
- Willingness to adhere to Veritas jobsite standards
- Professional communication. We set the bar and expect our partners to match it.

Vendor FAQ
Do you only work with licensed Arizona contractors?
Yes. Every trade partner on a Veritas project must hold an active Arizona ROC license for their trade. No exceptions. We verify licenses before awarding any work.
What is the payment process?
Vendors are paid on a milestone-draw schedule. Once a milestone is confirmed complete and documented, we process payment within 10 business days. We do not use net-60 or net-90 terms.
What project types do you run?
Primarily residential: kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, full home remodels, room additions, and new home construction. Occasionally light commercial. Project sizes range from $30K to $500K+.
How do I get added to your preferred vendor list?
Submit the application below. We will review your trade, license, and insurance. If there is a fit, we will schedule a brief call before adding you to our system.
